I needed to find an apartment that took foreigners *and* two cats. Charlie found a place that day, we visited it that evening, and after a few weeks I was accepted! She helped me with everything I needed, from finding an emergency contact to starting utilities. When there were a few paperwork mistakes she was very apologetic. Even though there were a few bumps, I would recommend this place to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat because of the kindness, sincerity, and ease of communication. When you're new in a foreign land, you really need someone who cares to be in your corner and fight for you, and that's what I felt I had here.
